Hi!

It's been so long

I have not been here.....I almost forgot that I have a blog. Sad...I know!

The whole family has gone through a pretty big sickness. It's one of those persistant ones that just won't GO AWAY! So I say to this sickness....."Go away, in the mighty, most awesome, name above all names....Jesus!" (give it an amen:)

Through this time of being still (and very sick) I have had the blessed opportunity to listen to the Bible in a year through the DAB.... http://www.dailyaudiobible.com (you dont have to join to listen just scroll to the bottom and click on thered DAB link to listen)

This reading is sooo wonderful. I pull it up on my iphone and melt in the arms of my Saviour. We are in Exodus, finishing up Matthew, Psalms and Proverbs. I'm just amazed at how merciful God is/was to Israel.

The guy that read for the DAB has got a very soothing yet pronounced voice, so it's very calming and interesting. God's word is just interesting anyways!

I can see how going through the Bible in a year would be life changing. Pray that I stick with it!


Well, I had my 38th birthday on the 8th of Feb. I was VERY sick and my sweet husband was so kind to me. Not only did he serve in childrens ministry on Sunday( after working all day Saturday) but he also came home, took care of the kids, and cooked dinner! I truly have a godly husband! Praise God!

We have had an amazingly fast passing of time during the holidays. I've got to say that the Lord is really teaching me to treasure Him more than anything! Sometimes things you don't think you treasure you find out that you do especially when they are removed from you.

We seem to have a lot of trials as a family and I never go without seeing God's glory and power in them.....So I guess you can say that I'm learning more to "count it all joy" !

* Michael's work as we've known it is over. He has to decide what would glorify God in his decisions and choices. Michael is leaning on Jesus and desperatly looks to Him for the path to walk. We as a family are living day to day seeking God's mercy in our time of financial trouble. God provides! If Michael goes into business for himself we will loose Fl Healthy Kids Insurance cuz Medicaid goes by your gross income and they dont look at your business expenses. (this is what I mean about treasuring things you don't realize you are treasuring until they go away)

* Katelyn is getting an endricronolgy blood workup to see if somethings up with her thyroid. Please pray for her. She is loosing a lot of hair.

* Katelyn starts school @ Bcc on the 12th. New semester...new challenges and trials.

* Eden still needs to get over to Nemours Children's Clinic to see the Genetic Dr. I just haven't had the time. All of our holiday visits are over so this will be one thing to get done.
Then the Neurologist, Opthomologist.....

* Judy goes to the Dr a lot and needs care with prescription. Please pray that our changes will not effect her health care plan.

* The kids have been sick the past week or so but is on their way to being better.

* Evangelism , sharing God through all these things! God be glorified!

Good News!

Eden's report came back today from her MRA.....She doesn't have an aneurysm !!!! Wow what a relief! Thank God for that!!!

Next step will be to get an appointment at Nemours Children's Clinic in Orlando (as requested by the Neurologist) with the Genetic doctor to further explore the spots on her brain and her other conditions with her eyes and muscle issues. I'm sure that God will reveal things to us in His perfect time.

1) I am addicted to God. I love every aspect of worship.... prayer, music praise and worship, studying His word. I love hearing other people's insight to Him. My favorite author would have to be John Piper. He has a total fanatic passion for Christ that I've learned so much about God, my Saviour, from. I love God<3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">Facebook. I guess it has something to do with my addiction of God's people. I love to know "whats up" with their lives.

So now I will pass on the award *drum roll*

1) My beautiful daughter Katelyn. She has been an awesome inspiration to me. To watch her grow in the Lord and be honest about her struggles has blessed me. To see her strong convictions lived out and her love for God and His people is amazing.

2)My sister Kim. She is an amazing woman. Kim has a very full life and still reaches out to so many people. I have watched her grow in grace so much this year. She is awesome at keeping up her blog too! She is always there for me, I love her so much!

3)Trish is an awesome blessing to me. She is my sister. I loved keeping up with her blog from her trip to Africa. I was amazed at how she found the time to give us so much detail while she was in Africa. Trish is a very talented writer. You should read her blog.

4)My beautiful daughter Mikayla. This girl puts the F in fun! She is a blast! She has a great sense of humor and craftiness, you can see this displayed on her blog .

5) Heidi. I know she sent me the award but I have to give one right back to her cuz her blog is beautiful! And she is an amazing woman of God with so much insight and wisdom from God.

Waiting...

Today was such a blessing. I could sense the prayers of the Saints. Thank you so much, Church! I love you!

Eden did very well. It only took two times and we were there under 2 hours! She was awake during it and truly submitted her will and was still!!!!!! The valium they gave her was much better than the medicine last time. There was no thrashing!!!

I got the films but it just looks like a bunch of veins to me?! I am so glad God has given people to be mindful of this aspect of His creation!

We will receive the Doctors findings tomorrow. It will be in a report.

So I wait.
Lord turn that into...
"So I wait for You...I'm falling on my knees....offering all of me....Jesus you're all this heart is living for"
That's truly how I want to feel. Thank you for your prayers:)

Advent Conspiracy, Spend Less Worship More

Brothers......Twins?

Last night was a wonderful time at the Christmas party. There were so many people there. We even had the honor of having Michael's twin brother Mitchell and his so Chase with us.

This morning I was convicted by the Holy Spirit for something I didn't even realize, but now do, as sinful pride and haughtiness. After hearing so many people ask "Is that your brother?" I started to get this haughty attitude like "Duh! It's his twin".

So if I did that to you....I apologize. Please forgive me. Here is a picture of the twins with their mom Judy aka Nana.
